Alan's Cheezy Spicy Carbonara
Hola guys :) This is my first post since i just create a new blog. Hahahah yezza im new with blogging. So,i just wanna share my own recipe pasta carbonara. Well, it is just a simple pasta as you cook. But, i always add on 'something' special in all my dishes. Are you readyyy!!! Alan always ready :) Ingredients ~olive oil~ ~minced meat~ ~garlic(minced)~ ~eggs(3)~ ~meatballs(steamed/boiled)~ ~parmesan cheese~ ~pasta(whatever pasta as long u not using rice)~ ~salt/black pepper to taste~ ~cayenne powder(my secret ingre)~ ~mixed herbs~ ~lemon( a slice) Method 1. Boil pasta in the water.Put 1 tablespoon salt for every 2 quarts of water. 2.Saute minced meat,meatballs and garlic in a saute pan slowly while the water is coming to boil. 3.Then,beat eggs and half of the cheese. Mix them in a bowl and beat together. 4. Don't forget your pasta hehehe.Toss the pasta when it is al dente.Let it be dripping wet. 5.Then, put the mixture of c...
